Calibration Services

We have upgraded our calibration equipment and are now in a position to offer a re-calibration service for many devices. Our rigs are designed primarily for calibration of our own products but if we can fit it in and it can be tested on water we can probably calibrate it. All our flow rigs are traceable to national standards. Our equipment now includes the following:

Rig "AA" 300-8000 l/min Water continuous loop system. Calibration against 150 mm master electomagnetic meters periodically tested to NAMAS standards. Flowrates automatically controlled. Suitable for most types of flowmeter up to 200mm bore.

Rig "'A" 65-2000 l/min Water gravimetric system. Calibration against weighbridge periodically tested to national standards. Suitable for meters up to 75mm bore.

Rig "B" 5-250 l/min Water gravimetric system. Calibration against weighbridge periodically tested to national standards. Suitable for meters up to 25mm bore.

Rig "C" 0.2-20 l/min Water gravimetric system. Calibration against weighbridge periodically tested to national standards. Suitable for meters up to 25mm bore.

Rig "E" 0.016-166 l/min (1-10000 l/hr) Water. Calibration against master Variable Area flowmeters. Designed for the calibration of Variable Area float type meter with flow direction vertically upwards. Suitable for meters up to 75mm bore.

All master meters and weighbridges are tested every 12 months. A full 10 point calibration certificate can be supplied.
