The TME 520 coupled with the UMC.2 is a reliable, robust measurement system for most industrial applications. Alongside the main measured variable – mass flow - temperature, density and volume flow are also measured. These secondary variables can be issued at the second analogue output. The converter possesses a replaceable EEPROM-module which contains all the device-relevant data, this makes it a simple operation to replace the converter without performing recalibration. The optional display and operator console permits simple, on-site device operation. Thanks to HART® and Profibus-PA communication, a number of different operating options are available. Configuration can be performed using the HART® hand-held terminal or with the SensorPort software. Our devices are also compatible with other manufacturers' HART® configuration software.

When combined with the UMC.2 converter, the TME 520 can also be supplied for certified weights and measure applications.
